Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for both private residences and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining cleanliness standards that exceed client expectations. Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with flexible scheduling options.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year prior experience in cleaning Residential properties ; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is a plus for traveling between job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
- Must be Available Monday through Friday from 7:45 am-5:00pm optional Saturdays from 8am-2pm
- Must have there own transportation and willing to travel from Long Beach to San Clemente
- Must have prior house cleaning experience in a professional manner at least 1 year
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this job is $17.00 to $25.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.
- Earn paid time off up to 10 days per year
- 401k plan available for eligible employees

Work Location: In person ( South Orange County )
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation of surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to company standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Uphold professionalism and respect for clients’ property at all times
- Clean customers’ homes according to Mamas Cleaning Crew\'s standards – Follow our process and you’ll impress every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?! ( An average of $100+ a week )
